Prince William Golf Club ranks among the area's most historic and reasonably priced golf courses. Built in the 1960's by a group of farmers who traded their tractors for golf carts, this course's inauspicious beginnings set it apart from some of the more modern properties in Northern Virginia. As such, the course is wide-open by comparison to some of the tight courses found nearby.
