General's Ridge Golf Course is part of an extended series of parks that run along the Occoquan River between Manassas and the Potomac. Owned and operated by the Prince William County Park Authority, General's Ridge has greens fees that are on the "not outrageous" side. The course may only play to 6,651 from the tips, but it's far from a pushover, with a course rating of 74.6 and a slope of 145.
